VENDORS: Temporary Hydraulic Mulch, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection; Temporary Fiber Roll, Temporary Construction Entrance, Temporary Concrete Washout, Treated Wood Waste, Clearing and Grubbing, Dry Seed, Compost, Class 2 Aggregate Base and Sub Base; Hot Mix Asphalt; Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt; Place Hot Mix Asphalt Dike; Tack Coat, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement; Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement, Isolation Joint Seal (Silicone); Grind Existing Concrete Pavement; Temporary Type K Railing; 60-inch Cast-in-Drilled Hole Concrete Pile; Structural Concrete; Drainage Inlet; 24-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe; Miscellaneous Iron and Steel; Pavement Marker; Midwest Guardrail System; End Anchor Assembly; Alternative In-Line Terminal System.

Michels Corporation is Signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds required for the full amount of the Subcontract Price. Michels Corporation will assist with Bond Premium up to 1.5%. Please call or email if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies. Subcontractors: Must be "Green" in ISN prior to scope work start; must possess a current Contractors License, Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance coverage meeting Michels Corporation requirements; and will be required to sign a standard Michels Corporation Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the Insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting Fladio Godines at fgodines@michels.us. Every Subcontractor must be currently registered with State DIR and provide proof of registration and certification when submitting bids. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum DBE participation. Michels Corporation will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
