This is our free membership! You get all the same login and menu features as the Standard membership or DBE Advertising with some limitations (see below). If you need to just browse through the projects, post your intent to bid or post a DBE Ad this is the membership for you.

What Are The Benefits of Basic Membership?
With Basic Membership you can view our projects out to bid database or if your a contractor doing your Good Faith Effort you can place DBE Advertisements ($35 for each ad posted unless signed up on the DBE Advertising plan). Basic Members can also show their intent to bid on any projects listed in the Construction Bid Source database simply by clicking on the "Show Intent to Bid" button. This will help get our information out there to other contractors looking to network on a project such as general contractors looking for sub-bids or trade contractors looking to submit their bids to generals.

Basic Membership Limitations
These are the features that are disabled on the Basic Membership. To view the various account options please see the Account Options page.

- Request / view bid results
- Request / view plandholder lists
- View / download bid documents
- View intended bidders without posting your intent to bid (Standard Membership Only)
- $35 per DBE ad (DBE Advertising membership is unlimited)
