General Modernization including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, installation of new flooring, removal of utilities at temporary bungalows, installation of mechanical devices, installation and repair of ceilings, site work including asphalt paving and tennis court surfacing, installation of audio and lighting systmes in auditoriums, refinishing of wood gym and stage floors, hazardous material/Asbestos remediation and other misc. interior renovation work.

C.M. Construction will require all subcontractors with sub-bids in excess of $250,000.00 to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for the project. C.M. Construction will pay the bond premium up to 2.5 percent.
