Regis Communications' basic efforts include:

- Contacts with contracting agency
- Shopping for, creation of abd placing advertisements (cost of advertisements additional - CBSI members no additional cost)
- For MBE/WBE efforts - contactup to 8 agencies / associations
- Reserach solicitations
- List solicitation contacts
- Creation of and sending solicitation correspondence (fax, email or certified) - up to 25
- Documentation / record of efforts made plus fax & email transmittal reports and certified receipts
- Good Faith forms partially filled (customer to fill out their portion)

- Cost of ad(s) placed, with customer approval, in publications other than CBSI
- Follow-up telephone calls up to 25 - $75. Additional calls - cost negotiable
- Additional solicitations over 25 - cost negotiable
- Certified mailing costs (if used for contacts without fax or email)
- Fed Ex charges (getting package to customer quickly, if necessary)

- Good Faith requirements as stipulated by owner
- Job title, project or other project identification
- Scope of work or job description
- Bid date and time
- Sub trades and / or supplies wanted with quantities if possible
- Company contact person
- Bonding / insurance assistance (if provided)
- Availability of plans and specifications - locations for viewing and / or purchasing
- Advertisement wording ??????
- How many solicitaion contacts should be made
- All negotiations in "Good Faith" with respondents
- Provide all information in a timely manner
