Basic Membership is Free. You get all the same login and menu features as the Standard membership or DBE Advertising with some limitations. If you need to just post a few DBE Ads this might be the membership for you.

What Are The Benefits of Basic Membership?
If your a contractor doing your Good Faith Effort you can place DBE Advertisements ($35 for each ad posted unless signed up on the DBE Advertising plan). Additionally, once a member your information will automatically be filled into the forms making posting DBE ads and projects out to bid easier.
