Install new dosing tank, lift pump(s) and all related plumbing and electrical items/requirements needed to complete the septic lift system as specified on Department of Health permit number 36-SA-41514. Contact Department of Health for the size of the tank and lift pump(s) for this job. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner and shall be in compliance with the Department of Health, 2014 Florida Building Code, Building, Residential, Existing Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical & the 2011 National Electrical Code.
