The North Texas Municipal Water District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide excavation and/or earthfill to design subgrade, cleaning and preparation of subgrade, construction of compacted clay liner (2’ minimum thickness), construction of 2 feet of protective cover soil over geosynthetics and construction of leachate collection chimneys and trenches in Sector 5D of the NTMWD 121 Regional Disposal Facility. A Flexible Membrane Liner and Drainage Geocomposite will be installed over the compacted clay liner by others. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
