The City of Sacramento Department of Utilities is replacing some of the carpet at 1391 35th Avenue. The scope of work includes removing and hauling away of existing carpet & cove base throughout project area (See Exhibit A). Furnish & install approximately 2,230 Square Yards of carpet, 930 Square Feet of LVP flooring, and 2,650 Linear Feet of cove base, and 100 Square Feet of Walk Off Carpet. Installation will be broken up into three phases as shown on Exhibit A floor plan. Project duration is 30 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
