City of Anaheim is seeking four (4) new completely pre-wired 19-inch SEL Axion relay racks per bid specifications. Mega Power Systems strut racks, 19” rack, 8’- 0” high, self-standing, 3” channel, aluminum, and complete with two base angles, two top angles, bolts and nuts, four anchor bolts for bolting to the floor, and top support bracket(s). P6235 and P6237 racks are attached by the 3.65” Chatsworth single sided narrow vertical cabling section spacer. All empty spaces in the front of the 19” rack shall be covered with blank clear-brushed aluminum plates. Any and all new/replacement racks design shall include mounting (bracing) sufficient to withstand a Zone 4 earthquake. All work includes the furnishing of all labor for fabrication, assembly, setup and testing of all items including but not limited to relays, test switches, indicating lights, control switches, terminal blocks, wiring and other materials required to complete the project in strict accordance with the Specifications, Material List and Drawings.
