The City of New Rochelle is currently seeking sealed bids for building renovations to take place at Flowers Park. Alternate 1 includes the replacement of an existing concrete stairway and walkway as indicated on Drawing A101. Including the addition for stainless steel tube railing for all exterior stairs and any additional hardware as required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
