The Project consists of the removal of the large parapet wall and all of its supports and elements; removal and replacement of the aluminum storefront in the rooftop monitor; removal of the existing ballasted roofing and replacement with tapered insulation and membrane roofing; parapet coping; rooftop accessories; membrane roofing on the pitched roof monitor, and other related work outlined in the Drawings and Project Manual. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. .
