The City of Highland Park is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the repair of concrete on an as-needed basis, as directed by the Town of Highland Park. The estimated annual volume of work includes quantities as found on the bid tabulation, however, they are not a guaranteed volume of work. Bonds required under the Contract Documents shall be based on the estimated quantities. The purpose of the project is to provide the Town of Highland Park with an “annual” contract that the Town may utilize for the repair of existing streets and sidewalks. Repairs will include miscellaneous removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete valley gutters, concrete driveway approaches, sidewalks, and barrier free ramps. Upon written notification of award of the contract, the unit prices shall be valid through the period ending December 31, 2020. The Town, at its own discretion, may choose to automatically renew the agreement for an additional year (not to exceed two years in the cumulative, for a total maximum contract time of three (3) years). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
