Broome DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Plumbing Services at multiple residential sites in Delaware, Otsego, and Tompkins Counties. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. Contract(s) will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive bidders that provide the lowest cost. Prevailing Wage will apply. Plumbing services include, but are not limited to the following: Domestic cold and hot water lines within the structure from point of entry. Household fixtures, water heaters and other pressure tanks. Sanitary lines to the first tank or public sewer system. Hot Water Fail Safe Systems. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
