The scope of the work entails excavation between the water main and the curb stop. a new polyethylene or copper service line is installed including the tap, service tubing, curb stop, curb box, and re-connection to the properties inside service line. The work includes flushing the service line from the water main to the meter. Street pavement, sidewalk and tree lawns are restored. All work is performed on streets that are scheduled for pavement resurfacing in 2021. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
