The City of Stonecrest is located on the southeastern portion of DeKalb County and has a current population of approximately 55,000. The city provides and promotes safe, healthy, and enriching recreational and educational opportunities that promote stewardship of Stonecrest’s natural and cultural heritage while bolstering opportunities for economic development within the region. This solicitation is an Invitation to Bid (ITB). In using this method for solicitation, bids submitted will be evaluated and recommended for award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder(s). The City of Stonecrest, requests that interested parties submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the resurfacing of 37 streets within the city. Street locations can be found on the location map provided in this bid package. All streets are to be patched, milled, resurfaced, and/or re-striped per the specifications found in the bid package.
