The Provo City Corporation is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to construct the 4800 North Well House. The project generally includes the following: 1) Equipping of the existing well, construction of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) pump house building including a pump room, gas chlorination room, and generator room. 2) Installation of PVC pump-towaste pipe, PVC sewer pipe, Ductile Iron, and Natural Gas Pipe. 3) Furnishing and installing new electrical power, gas generator, automatic transfer switch, fiber connection and control equipment, HVAC units, RTU cabinet and related facilities and instruments, conduits, conductors, etc. 4) Install new gas chlorination system with all required appurtenances. 5) Furnish and install new landscape materials and irrigation system and provide grading as required. 6) Construct civil site and piping improvements as shown on the drawings and repair and replace surfaces and other disturbed improvements as required. Bonds required.
