This project will consist of a base bid, with 3 add alternatives. The project shall consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly design, fabricate, construct, inspect and test the construction items required for the reconstruction and utility improvements on 5th Street, from I-35 to Bosque Boulevard and including several arterial streets. The project requires all site work, labor, equipment, and materials complete and in place as stated in the RFB, shown on the plans, and specified herein. Project will be managed by CP&Y Engineering in conjunction with the City. Bonds required . Prevailing wages apply.
