Madison County is soliciting sealed bid from qualified agencies or individuals for 911 tower reinforcement. We are seeking to contract with an agency that can provide reinforcement of the 240 ft. 911 tower at the County Complex in Wampsville, NY. The scope of the reinforcements include: Add secondary horizontals from 100’ – 160’ and 180’ – 200’. Weld on leg half-pipe reinforcement from 160’ – 180’. A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank teller/treasurer’s check payable to Madison County, or cash in the amount of 10% of the total bid, must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. Bids must be date and time stamped by the Purchasing Office prior to the specified time of the opening.
