950 Fawcett Ave Building, Bidders shall meet outside the 950 Building first floor entrance on Fawcett Avenue.
Estimate: $1,100,000 - $1,850,000 + WSST
The project consists of replacement of the existing HVAC system in the 950 Fawcett Avenue building with a new VRF system with DOAS ventilation, new VRF controls and installation of a fire sprinkler system on the second floor. Work includes refrigerant piping, refrigerant, mechanical, electrical, controls, roofing work, ceiling work, cutting/patching, structural, fire alarm, hazardous materials abatement and related work. Second floor conference room improvements: remove existing door, fill-in opening, install new door and frame, match existing conference door, door hardware and match surrounding finishes. Additive work includes the replacement existing two rooftop heat pumps serving west area.
