Selected vendor will provide architectural, engineering, design and construction management services for the Department of Watershed Management. Architectural, Engineering, Design & Construction Management Services for DWMis seeking qualified proponents to provide engineering design, including initial planning, programming, design, engineering support during construction and start-up, and knowledge transfer/training for water/wastewater treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection, and watershed protection projects in support of implementation of DWM's Capital Improvement Program, as well as other related tasks to support the Department in the areas of compliance; operation and maintenance; digital transformation and innovation. The selected Proponents will assist DWM staff in the implementation and completion of various projects on an as-needed basis and may be called upon to provide related services for a portion of projects at any stage.
