Val Verde County is requesting sealed bids to enter into a Quarterly Preventive Maintenance contract for a term of one (1) year, starting October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. The contract would encompass preventive maintenance to include: providing and replacing air filters, checking refrigerant charge, lubricating all motors, checking evaporator coil, checking condensing coils and wash (as needed), checking all electrical connections, checking condensation, drains and general operation of unit.
