Sealed proposals from Contractors/ Construction Managers (1 original and @ copies) will be received by Hall County Schools for the furnishing of all labors, materials, and services necessary to perform the construction of the HVAC replacement projects. Contract, i awarded will be lump sum basis. The bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after date opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Hall County Board of Education, in an amount equal to five percent(5%) of the Base bid.
