The Alief Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for CSP 1933 ADA Restroom Renovations at Multiple Schools. The scope of work includes the following: 1. Interior demolition work to allow for new construction. 2. Prep, patch, and repair work to existing work areas. 3. Installation of new walls (CMU, Drywall, Cement Board), vinyl wall covering, wall tiles, floor tiles/carpet/vct. 4. Installation of new doors and hardware sets. 5. Installation of new restroom accessories ( Toilet Partitions, wall and floor mount toilets, lavatories, urinals, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, sanitary napkins dispensers, soap dispensers, mirrors) 6. Installation of new casework (base cabinets, sink base, shelves, countertops) 7. Installation of new, relocation of existing and re-routing of existing plumbing, fire alarms /suppression systems, hvac, and power / data / electrical connections. Bonds required.
