This project consists of, but is not limited to, Renovations of the existing HVAC systems to the referenced elementary school. Included are demolition, acoustical tile & grid replacement, painting, mechanical, electrical, and other scope of work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Also included will be the construction of a new Mechanical Room addition. Work inside the building including all acoustical tile & grid replacement, painting, mechanical, and electrical is to be completed in time for school opening in the fall. The construction of the Mechanical Room addition can continue after school has started.
