The Town of Apex, North Carolina, is seeking the services of a qualified firm, or team of firms, to provide professional services for the development of the Town of Apex Affordable Housing Plan (Affordable Housing Plan). The Affordable Housing Plan should establish a long-term (10 year) vision, but include short-term recommendations and tools for immediate implementation. The plan will address the Town’s entire planning area. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
