The San Juan School District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the following items of work at Albert R. Lyman Middle School. Provide and install a 12.5 ton rooftop air handling unit on the cafeteria; heat and cool. Provide and install new ductwork throughout the cafeteria. Provide and install new grills, registers, diffusers and louvers Install I-vu Webserver for building DDC and tie unit into fire alarm system New unit is to be frame mounted and supported by adjacent bearing wall Supply and return air ducts shall be accessed through side light windows. Vendor to supply all electrical, mechanical and plumbing as needed Vendor to supply portable toilets for their employees. Vendor to coordinate boom lift Vendor is responsible for all roof membrane penetrations and ensuring the interior of the school remains dry for the duration of the project. Vendor is responsible for final roof membrane dry in. Patch and paint as needed. And any other items of work to complete the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
