25% WMBE goal. Elements of the Work include,but are not limited to: Comfort station renovations at Alki/57th Ave SW and Lincoln Park Beach. Base Bid #1: Alki/57th Ave SW: 1. Demolish existing comfort station building. Demolition includes but is not limited to existing paving and utilities as required for new construction. 2. Construction of a new comfort station per plan including all sitework, concrete work, utilities, structure, finishes and building systems. Base Bid #2: Lincoln Park Beach: 1. Interior Repairs and Improvements including new toilet room accessories, toilet stall doors and hardware, painting, resinous flooring. 2. Exterior Improvements including re-grading and re-paving of asphalt approaches to achieve compliant accessible grades. SPR is currently testing soils in these areas for arsenic to evaluate whether special handling will be necessary. Additive #1: Alki/57th Ave SW Site Power. Install site power in two locations per the drawings, including all required trenching, conduit, circuiting and in-ground electrical receptacles. Additive #2 Lincoln Park: Replace Drinking Fountain. Remove existing drinking fountain and replace with a new model in new location per the drawings, including all required trenching, pipes, and site work. Additive #3 Lincoln Park: Custom Fabricated Protection at Light Wells. Fabricate and install steel grille and clear panel in light wells.
