Sealed Bids for the construction of the AMI Meter Upgrades – DWSRF 19-001 – Divisions I & II. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority’s (GEFA) Drinking Water State Revolving Loan fund. The construction contract will be subject to GEFA’s Supplemental General Conditions for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and Davis Bacon & Related Act requirements. Additionally, the contract will be subject to GEFA’s American Iron and Steel Special Conditions and Information for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts.
