Augusta, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) intends to select a qualified vendor to provide the services for the Animal Services Facility HVAC Modernization for the Augusta Central Services Department – Facilities Maintenance. A bid bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bods with the executed agreement meeting the requirements of the contract documents and executed on the forms attached to the agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the agreement.
