The County is qualifying contractors for an Annual Contract for site improvement services related to new, refurbishment, renewal, and renovations at public buildings throughout the county for projects generally of $100,000 or less. Work shall include, but not be limited to, asphalt resurfacing, seal coating, restriping, milling, subgrade preparation, curbing, sidewalks, pathways, ramps, handrails, flumes, drain lines, mitered end sections, tree root removal and root barrier installation in accordance with FDOT Design Standards, the completion of the service at sites throughout Palm Beach County. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
