Annual Inspection and Preventive Maintenance activities shall be scheduled in advance with County staff and reported to the County using a standardized checklist report form. The report form shall include identification and location of the generator, date, inspector, make, model, specification and serial numbers of the major system components (generator, engine, transfer switch) and the general operational capacities and characteristics of the generator assembly.
