The following specifications are intended to describe Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Services for the Southwest Landfill (SWLF), located 2.5 miles west of Archer, Florida, on State Road 24; the Northwest Landfill (NWLF), located 1 mile south of US 441 on CR 235-A and the five Rural Collection Centers (RCC). All work shall be performed by the vendor on or before the 20th day of the month for the SWLF and the NWLF. The use of subcontractors to perform landscaping tasks must be approved by the County’s representative in writing at least 72 hours in advance.
