The City of Tallahassee requires the services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm capable of providing professional services for the design and construction of a new Police Facility. The City of Tallahassee, Florida provides critical Police Public Safety services for its population of approximately 186,000 residents. Desired services shall include, but may not necessarily be limited to, conceptual design and space planning, cost estimates, preparation of bidding documents including all specifications and special/general provisions, technical oversight during construction to include submittal reviews and site inspection, and preparation of record drawings. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
