The South Placer Municipal Utility District is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from individuals or firms to provide architectural consulting services for two projects: Enhance lobby security at the District’s Headquarters building, and Expand the existing locker room in the (adjacent) Corporation Yard building. The projects will include all items necessary to consult, design and acquire necessary permits from the City of Rocklin for construction.
