The El Dorado County Department of Transportation is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide double chip seal over fabric at various locations; 18” culvert installation, clean out existing ditch/ditch excavation, rock lined ditch and culvert extension. Other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed, or installed. Additive Alternative Bid (Schedule B) consists of sawcut and remove existing asphalt concrete, roadway excavation, furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to install valley gutter for low water crossing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
