Contractor will be working with City personnel including the Public Works Department, Ventura Water and Ventura Water Reclamation Facility. The projects involve as needed Construction Services throughout the City of Ventura. It is the intent of the City to enter into one-year contracts with 3 to 6 Contractors in maintenance and construction services in order to call upon these Contractors as needed. Contractors will be issued a Scope of Work for individual projects. The City, with the consent of the Contractor, shall have the option for (4) four consecutive (1) one-year extensions, under the same terms and conditions upon agreement of any price changes.
