The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor to completely remove the abandoned Jefferson, Lee and Monroe buildings at the Health Park site; which is the future site of the Public Services storage building that will protect and extend the useful life of City owned generators and heavy equipment, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
