The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept only that proposals which the City deems is in their best interest. Install (4) 5-Ton Carrier gas/electric package units furnished by owner. Provide and Install Ecobee 4 thermostat with protective cage. Pour concrete pad for each unit with reinforced wire. Install (4) 12-inch high frames with sheet metal skirts for equipment support. Air distribution – gym approved heavy-duty steel 25”x 25” minimum return grille and 16”x20” minimum supply grilles. Exterior sheet metal supply and return duct with flex connectors and 1-inch internal liner. Exterior sheet metal shall be insulated with 2-inch fiberglass board with ASJ jacket, fab cloth, CP9 mastic and painted. Paint color must be approved by CPRD. All electrical materials and installation work to be included and up to code requirements. All gas supply materials and installation work to be included and up to code requirements.
