Contractor shall remove and discard all debris, forms, and trash. Contractor must locate all utilities. The awarded contractor shall provide all material and labor to complete the assigned scope of work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specific project specifications. The contractor shall coordinate all construction activities in such a manner as to not impede school traffic. If necessary, some tasks may be required by the owner to be completed after school hours or on weekends. Construct hot‐mixed asphalt surface course when atmospheric temperature is above 40 deg F and when base is dry. Base course may be placed when air temperature is above 30 deg F and rising. Place hot‐mixed asphalt mixture on prepared surface, spread, and strike off. Spread mixture at minimum temperature of 225 deg F. Place areas inaccessible to equipment by hand. Place each course to required grade, cross‐section, and compacted thickness.
