Work consists of furnishing all engineering, design, superintendence, skilled and unskilled labor, drawings, reports, materials, equipment, services, and all other necessary items for the design and build of an acceptable interior liner to rehabilitate two separate currently failing Corrugated Metal Pipes located under Athena Drive in environmentally sensitive areas. This design would also include but not be limited to structural analysis, hydraulic analysis, void injection, headwall installation with proper energy dissipation (rip rap), etc. Work to be performed while maintaining existing creek flow to include rain events and while maintaining flow of traffic under lane restrictions. Proposal security in the form of a Bid Bond is mandatory and shall be made payable to the owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid sum. This project encouraged MBE/WBE partiipation.
