1. The area to be cleared/mowed is broken into 4 area. a. Area 1 – Sanderson Farm to Intersection of Leonard Road & FM 2818. b. Area 2 – South of Leonard Road and West of FM 2818 c. Area 3 – South of Apartment Complex to Turkey Creek d. Area 4 – Turkey Creek to Bryan Animal Shelter 2. All work must be completed by Friday, 05/01/2020. 3. Each area has been broken in to two-phases. a. Phase 1 will consist of the initial clearing of the ROW. b. Phase 2 will be for semi-annual mowing’s to keep the ROW clear. 4. Please contact David McIntyre @ 979-821-5740 with any questions. 5. If your proposal is accepted; you will have to enter into contract terms with BTU. Q&A due by 02/21/20 Noon.
