The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority requests bids for the Automated Meter Reading (AMR) Project Phase III. Phase III includes the purchase of 7,149 AMR meters (7,092 - ¾” and 57 - 1” AMR meters), the removal of local read meters already in place, and the installation of the new meters on thirteen (13) service routes (Exhibit E). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
