Work required under the Contract would include road repair and patching to include removal and replacement of distress pavement areas, sub-grade repair, edge repair, tree root removal, and overlaying on the roads portions of North Clarendon Road, Hess Drive, Berkeley Road and Lakeshore Drive in the City of Avondale Estates. In addition, the project includes installation of approximately 56 feet of sidewalk and approximately 175 feet of curb and gutter within the City of Avondale Estates.
