HPS Mechanical Inc. is bidding this project as a Prime Contractor at Hotel Sandford at 1301-1333 Fifth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101, and is requesting MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE/SBE/UDBE and Section 3 firms sub bids for Electrical Concrete, Concrete Cutting, Material Suppliers (SDR Pipe). Please respond by April 24, 2019. HPS will help with Bonding for subcontractors in excess of $100,000. Assistance with obtaining plans, insurance or lies of credit is available if requested. Please provide any certification you may have. Please contact Alma Martinez at HPS Mechanical for assistance or viewing plans.
