Bidders shall assemble at Bayfair Pumping Plant in Chabot Park, at 1800 Estudillo Ave. in San Leandro; the tour will then proceed to Peralta and South Pumping Plant within the same site, and then to May Pumping Plant in Oakland.

Work includes the following: 1) Demolition of the existing Bayfair Pumping Plant building including all mechanical and electrical equipment and associated yard piping; demolition of the standby Bayfair Regulator and vault; construction of an above ground reinforced concrete pumping plant approximately 30ft x 38ft x 15ft; furnish and install two 75HP vertical turbine pumps and motors with related piping valves and instruments; furnish and install HVAC, bridge crane, outdoor electrical equipment; construction of temporary regulator and all yard piping and site improvements, and performing related required work as shown on the drawings and specified; located on District property in Chabot Park (1800 Estudillo Ave. San Leandro) in Alameda County, California; 2)Furnish and install approximately 25 feet of 24" ML&PCS pipe, 20 feet of 30" ML&PCS pipe; 265 feet of 12" ML&CS pipe, 25 feet of 24" ML&CS pipes, furnish and install approximately 160 feet 22" DR9 and 1505 feet of 20" DR11 HDPE pipes by sliplining including all appurtenances and fittings; Install approximately 900 feet of 16" District furnished ML&PCS pipe; Install approximately 395 feet of 16'' District furnished ML&CS pipe; including all appurtenances and fittings, abandon pipelines as shown on drawings and performing related required work located on Estudillo Avenue and Chabot Park (1800 Estudillo Ave. San Leandro) in Alameda County, California. 3)Demolition of the Peralta and South Pumping Plant building including all mechanical and electrical equipment, yard piping, discharge piping; and performing related work as shown on drawings and specified; located on District property in Chabot Park (1800 Estudillo Ave. San Leandro) in Alameda County, California; 4) Selective demolition of the mechanical and electrical equipment in May Pumping Plant, furnishing and installing the Peralta Regulator and associated electrical equipment within the existing building; demolishing the outdoor standby Peralta regulator and shed; and performing related work
