Sealed bids for the construction of Beach Re-nourishment of the Clam Pass, North Park Shore and Park Shore Beaches will be received by the Collier County. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Agreement and file the required bonds and insurance within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice of Award.
