The work to be accomplished consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, personnel, plus perform all the necessary labor to construct the following: Provide all labor, material, and equipment for installing eight (8) fabricated aluminum metal walkways at the effluent end of sedimentation basins #1 thru #8 at the Bear Creek Water Treatment Plant. Only one sedimentation basin shall be removed from service at any one time. The Authority shall determine the time when sedimentation basins can be removed from service.
