The project is a multi-story, approximately 100,000 square foot bed tower addition including some renovation of an adjacent, existing bed tower. The new Bed Tower will include Rehabilitation Beds, Med. Surg. Beds and necessary support spaces. Site and infrastructure improvements including CUP additions and Helipad construction to support the addition are also included. The CM at Risk will work with the Design Team to develop Pre- Construction costs, Project Schedule, a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and Construction Services.
