Upgrades to HVAC controls and related equipment in Beebe Hall to include installation of new reheats at existing variable air volume boxes, modifications and upgrades to associated equipment. Installation of chilled water service piping to Beebe Hall from Mann Library. Installation of new plate and frame heat exchangers. Installation of new pumps, and/or upgrade of existing. Automatic temperature controls for the new heat exchangers and pumping will be included. Testing and Balancing, and Recommissioning. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
