This project provides irrigated landscaping behind the sidewalks of the streets surrounding the Lower Duck Creek Detention Basin. Landscaping includes trees, drought tolerant plants, cacti, ground cover and bushes. Trees include Honey Mesquite, Shoestring Acacia, and Southern Live Oak. Cacti and drought tolerant plants include Joshua Trees, Weeping Yuccas, Red Yuccas, and Prickly Pear cacti. Ground cover includes Trailing Lantana and Baja Fairy Duster. Bushes include Dwarf Coyote, Feathery Senna and Cleveland Sage. Other landscape features include decorative boulders, decorative rock and river rock. The irrigation system to be installed includes a controller, electrical service connection, and all drip valves, emitters, sleeves, irrigation lines, control wires, and all associated irrigation system items.
